1. Take ten minutes to brainstorm:
* what would you like to learn? * what skills do you want to master? * what character traits do you want to develop? * who do you want to be?
2. Give each goal a deadline for achieving it and an action for getting there.
3. Write a paragraph on why you must achieve your goal by the deadline.
