This year these two days are in the same week. If you are working on creating better relationships with the people around you, one way to do it is to see the person you are in conflict with as a young child or a baby. This imagery allows you to remove expectations and judgements , so that you can work from a place of compassion. Compassion is the key to serenity because we are all looking to be looked at with kindness and to not be scrutinized harshly..It is a human condition.
But , this appreciation of root word Hodu, is a deep recognition of the roll of that dear person in your life. It is about knowing your place in society and amongst your community. It all boils down to life purpose, because when we know our life purpose and the meaning of why we are here, everything changes....including your energy levels. This week was a very challenging week for me as a lot of the monsters of my past came to resurfacing (is that a word) ...I like it . (I will keep that word) ...did you ever deal with a challenge and you thought you resolved it one hundred percent and it came to haunt you later. Well this is where the sub-conscious mind can show it's expertise..
